Help Desk Team Leader

A well established and growing Melbourne MSP is looking for their best on field — someone who leads by example, lifts the team around them and genuinely cares about getting it right every time.
This isn’t a management role. There are no direct reports. What it is, is the person on the help desk who sets the standard — technically sharp, calm under pressure, and the kind of communicator who makes clients feel looked after. You’ll carry a billable workload while keeping an eye on the team around you, stepping up for complex escalations and helping others grow.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years MSP experience — this is essential
- Level 2 across M365, Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Windows 11
- Experience with a PSA tool — HaloPSA highly regarded
- Solid troubleshooting skills and strong written and verbal communication
- A genuine desire to mentor and lift the people around you
- Azure, InTune and Mac experience are a bonus
The role:
- Hybrid — 2 days in Ringwood, balance from home
- Full time, $75,000 – $85,000 + super
- 25 year old privately owned business with hands-on directors who genuinely invest in their people
- Selected candidate will need to complete a Police Check, NDIS Check and Working With Children Check
