This MSP Help Desk and IT Support role revolves around a consistent customer service experience. You will be a key member of a service delivery team using your IT skills and technical knowledge to understand and resolve customer enquiries.

OUR CLIENT:

You’ll join Join a fast growing, Eastern Suburbs MSP and work for local founders in a dynamic service provider.  

YOUR ROLE:

This is a clear IT Support role. You will work within a successful Service Delivery team to provide proactive support to clients. 


YOU WILL NEED:

  • A technical background with some previous experience working in a technical service desk role
  • Experience with service support and ticketing systems
  • A basic understanding of contemporary commercial IT technologies including cloud-based services, networking, and mainstream business applications
  • Industry based certifications and training.
     

YOUR KNOWLEDGE:
You will have an understanding of some or all of these technologies:

  • Basic data networking 
  • Office 365 Admin
  • Ticketing and Documentation Applications
  • RMM.
