Your Responsibilities
This is a Level 2+ Engineer role, where you will:
- Onboard and document new clients, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Implement new and updated IT solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide proactive support and troubleshooting to clients.
- Act as an escalation point for Level 1 service desk issues.
- Have the chance to expand your role into areas like solution design, project management, and basic quoting.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in an IT service desk or similar role, ideally within an MSP environment.
- Solid knowledge of cloud-based services, networking, and business applications.
- Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) are highly regarded.
- Experience in a Telco Service Provider role would be a plus.
Technical Expertise
You should have hands-on experience with most of the following technologies:
- Microsoft Office 365 (including InTune)
- Microsoft Azure
- Backup Technologies (e.g., Acronis Cloud Protect)
- End-User Applications (e.g., MS Teams, MS Office)
- Telephony Platforms (e.g., 3CX, Avaya)
- Networking (e.g., Ubiquiti, Watchguard, Fortinet, Meraki)
- Ticketing and Documentation Tools
- Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) (e.g., NinjaOne)
- Virtualization Technologies (e.g., VMware, Proxmox)
- Endpoint Security (e.g., SentinelOne, Webroot)
