The Opportunity:

Are you a pharmacist who’s more energised by training and technology than by counting tablets?

A leading Australian pharmacy management software provider is looking for a registered pharmacist to join their team as an Onboarding Specialist — the person who guides new customers from go-live through to confident, independent use of the platform.

What the role actually involves:

You’ll be the primary contact for each pharmacy during their onboarding period — providing live support, coordinating training, closing out technical tasks, and handing over to the Support team when the customer is ready. You’ll draw on your clinical background to advise on dispense workflows, PBS claiming, and compliance, while working cross-functionally with installers, product, and support teams.

Think customer success — you’re there to make sure adoption sticks.

You’ll bring:

• • AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• • 2+ years in community or hospital pharmacy
• • Experience in a customer-facing role — support, training, or onboarding
• • Comfort with dispense software and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• • Strong communication and a genuine knack for explaining things clearly
