About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Officer support officer to join the team.
In this role, you’ll be based in Adelaide providing first line IT support for a growing list of South Australian based clients.

About You:
This role is ideal for someone with a love of IT, some basic IT support experience, a willingness to learn, and a strong customer service focus.

You’ll bring:

  • A basic understanding and enthusiasm for computing
  • Some initial experience supporting Microsoft applications including Office 365
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Support user account management (e.g., password resets, access permissions)
  • Perform basic troubleshooting including internet and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as required

Your qualifications:

  • Some previous academic and/or commercial IT support experience
  • Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
  • Police Check (or ability to obtain).
