Our Guarantee – Your Peace of Mind
We stand by every placement we make. That’s why all our placements come with a 6-month replacement guarantee at no extra cost.
- If a new hire resigns or is terminated for performance reasons within the first six months, we’ll find a suitable replacement free of charge.
- Simply provide written notice within 7 days of the employee leaving.
- The guarantee applies as long as:
- Your invoice is paid within 30 days,
- There haven’t been major organisational or role changes causing the resignation, and
- Team Employment is given exclusive time to find a suitable replacement.
If we can’t provide a suitable replacement within a reasonable period (normally 30 days), or you choose not to proceed with a recommended candidate, we’ll issue a full refund of the original placement fee.

Placement Fee – Simple and Transparent
We like to keep things straightforward. Our placement fee is 10% of the candidate’s annual income (plus GST).
- Annual income includes the base salary and superannuation.
- Things like tools, vehicles, or small allowances are generally not included.
- If a role includes significant commissions or benefits that replace a portion of the base salary, we may include those in the fee calculation.
No surprises, no hidden extras — just a clear and fair approach that reflects the real value of the role.
Multiple Placement Fee – Great Value for Additional Hires
If you hire more than one candidate from the same recruitment campaign, we make it more affordable.
- The full 10% Placement Fee applies to the first candidate hired.
- Any additional hires within 30 days of that first placement — and before running new ads — are eligible for a reduced 5% Multiple Placement Fee.
